Tees 2 Knees offers a flat rate postage service for your convenience. All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Depending on your location most parcels will be delivered within 2 working days after dispatch however we do recommend allowing up to 5 days depending on the time of the year. Should there be any change to the following postage arrangements then we shall contact you accordingly:

International/World Wide

All international delivery rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and do not include any duty or customs charges. Unfortunately our web site software does not calculate international postage correctly. Please refer below for shipping cost dependent upon your destination. Based on this, we will calculate shipping costs for all international orders by hand. We apologize for this ongoing software problem.

Our customers have advised us that they prefer a flat rate postage service for all shipping. As this is the case the following shipping costs will apply for all parcels under 500gms:

As you check out, please be sure to select your correct "Shipping Destination" from the drop down list box. If none of these choices describes your location, please select "Australia..." and as always, we will correct the postage cost by hand.

If you select the wrong shipping destination, the shipping cost shown on your invoice may be $0.00 We will automatically add the correct postage to your cost by hand.

Please note: additional fees may apply on larger items however should this be the case then we shall contact you to discuss payment of the additional charges before sending the product. The option to change or cancel the order will also be offered.

Orders will be dispatched with 48hours of a working day once payment has been received and confirmed. In the event of stock delays or non-availability, Tees 2 Knees will contact you and offer the option to change or cancel your order.
